At LEKU DESIGNS, we believe that loving a piece should make owning it feel more achievable. That's why we're introducing our lay-by option, allowing you to pay over an agreed time frame while we keep it exclusively for you, interest free.

HOW OUR LAY-BY WORKS

Receive your order.
1. Choose your favourite piece
Browse our website and select the product you'd like to purchase. Lay-by is available exclusively on products listed on the LEKU DESIGNS website. Custom-made or personalised orders are excluded.
Once you've chosen, download and fill in the form found at the bottom of this page. Once completed, email the form to lekudesignsza@gmail.com. Should you have any questions regarding the form, send us an email and we will gladly assist.
2. Pay your 30% deposit
Once your form has been submitted, a deposit of 30% of the total product price is required to activate your lay-by. Please note, your deposit must be paid within 7 days (excluding weekends) of submitting your form to ensure your garment is reserved and taken off the market. Failure to clear your deposit within the delegated time frame will require a resubmition of your application and may delay approval as other applications made before are prioritised.
3. Pay over three months
You have up to three months from the date of your deposit to settle the remaining balance. Payments are made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
Upon applying, a lay-by agreement will be sent in correspondence to your form application. This agreement outlines the chosen garment, its full price, your installment amount options, your lay-by completion date and the applicable cancellation terms and conditions.
4. Receive your order
Once your outstanding balance has been paid in full and has been confirmed, your order will be prepared for delivery, as applicable. Delivery charges will be dependent on which delivery option you choose once your final installment has been cleared. Please ensure to visit the 'Delivery' page to make an informed choice.
SUMMARY

Custom and/or personalised orders do not qualify for lay-by.

A 30% deposit within 7 days from applying is required to begin the lay-by process.

The remaining balance must be settled within three months, starting from the date your 30% deposit is cleared on.

Payments must be made via EFT using the payment details provided by LEKU DESIGNS.

Your order will only be released once full payment has been received and confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your lay-by, please contact us directly so that we can assist you in accordance with our lay-by terms and applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
Any cancellation penalties and refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
